We cover most pre-existing conditions, but occasionally, we might not be able to help. If that's the case, you can check BIBA's medical directory or call them on 0370 950 1790. They can provide a full list of specialist medical travel insurance providers who might be able to support.

‡If the clinic you choose through the Travel Doctor service doesn’t have a dispensing chemist, you’ll either be given a prescription or it’ll be sent to a nearby pharmacy. In this case, you’ll need to pay for your medication upfront, but you can claim the cost back when you return home.
